Create with Kate nz does not store any personal details when orders are placed. We do not have access to details such as credit card details.

If you choose to register an account, your address and phone details will be saved. However, we will not access these.

If you place an order, we will have access to your email address provided to send an email once your order is complete with tracking details of your parcel, and if you have purchased a keepsake item, a photo of this will be included in the email also.

Your provided postal address is accessed to send your parcel out to you.

Once your order is completed and posted to you, we will not access your details unless further orders are placed.
