You also have the opportunity to use our site to purchase from as a Guest Checkout, however this will not store any order history details for you.

Due to the nature of the keepsake items and that they are created using your provided materials of which are a limited amount, we do not accept refunds or returns. If there is an issue with your keepsake, please get in touch at createwithkatenz@aol.com and we will endevour to rectify the issue. Please double check all details when placing the order to minimise the risk of misspellings etc.

7. Reservation of Rights.

We reserve all of our rights, including but not limited to any and all copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and any other proprietary right that we may have in our web site, its content, and the goods and services that may be provided. The use of our rights and property requires our prior written consent.
