Give the gift of a voucher to enable your loved one to purchase their own memory keepsake.
All vouchers will be emailed within 48 hours. No physical vouchers will be sent.
Gift vouchers can be purchased with any desired dollar amount. To purchase, increase the quantity figure to match the amount you would like the gift voucher to be - for example for a $50.00 voucher, increase the quantity to 50 before adding to cart.
Voucher amounts can be split. For example, if you would like two $50.00 vouchers, please enter 100 in the quantity, and in the notes box at the checkout specify that you would like two $50.00 vouchers. If nothing is specified here, you will receive one voucher for the total amount.
Please specify in the notes section at checkout what you would like written in the 'To:' and 'From:' boxes on the voucher. These can also be left blank if you would like to print and write these in yourself.
Notes:
* Once payment has been processed, you will receive the gift voucher via email within 48 hours.
* Gift vouchers must be redeemed within 24 months of the purchase date.
* Gift vouchers are not refundable.
Email Ordering for redemption of voucher:
* Gift vouchers are preferred to be redeemed via email and completing an order form due to the complexities of the website functions.
* Ordering via email is the only way a voucher can be used partially, and a new voucher will be emailed with the remaining amount left.
* Orders via email are able to use the voucher to cover shipping costs.
Website redemption of voucher:
* Gift vouchers must be used in one transaction if redeeming through the website. There will be a code on the emailed voucher which can be entered into the 'Coupon' box at the checkout. Once this code has been used and payment made, the voucher number will become invalid.
* Gift vouchers redeemed through the website are currently unable to be used towards shipping costs due to the nature of the website.
